The DELPHYR Liposome Soft Calming Serum is designed as the intensive "treatment" step to follow the Waterful Bubble Toner. While the toner focuses on immediate hydration, this serum is specifically engineered to target persistent redness, inflammation, and deeper barrier repair. 

Intensive Calming (Post-Treatment Care): It is highly effective at soothing skin that has been compromised by chemical peels, excessive sun exposure, or seasonal changes. It provides immediate relief from "burning" or tight sensations. 

Redness & Irritation Reduction: Using a concentrated form of TECA (Titrated Extract of Centella Asiatica), it works to visibly even out skin tone by reducing the vascular dilation that causes chronic redness. 

Barrier Reinforcement: The serum uses Liposome Technology to deliver lipids and moisture deep into the epidermis, helping to "glue" the skin barrier back together to prevent transepidermal water loss (TEWL). 

Deep, Weightless Hydration: It features a Triple Hyaluronic Acid complex and Panthenol (Vitamin B5) to hydrate different layers of the skin without the heavy, oily feeling often associated with repair serums.
